First of all: our goal is to make you completely satisfied with the items you order. If you would like to return the products, please read on.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Register your return by sending an email to email@example.com and our customer support will take care of the handling. Please make sure you take a picture of the product if the reason for return is related to a manufacturing error.
Send the product to: Stationsstraat 55, 9679EC Scheemda, The Netherlands. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you agree, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all this and you still have not received your money back, please contact us.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
