Section 1: Applicability
These are the general terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of Lato Lifestyle. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the LATOLIFESTYLE.COM website.
By placing an order, you expressly agree to the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions to the order you have placed and you declare that you have taken note of their contents.

Section 3: Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Lato Lifestyle may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will not take effect until the version has been published on LATOLIFESTYLE.COM website. We expect that you consult the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions when purchasing products on the website.

Section 4: Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions and the agreement(s) concluded between Lato Lifestyle and you are subject to Dutch law. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Section 5: Contract, price & payment
  • The agreement is concluded when you place an order via the website. Lato Lifestyle sent you a confirmation of your order by email.
  • Lato Lifestyle reserves the right not to accept your order if:
    • The information you entered is not correct or complete;
    • You have not fulfilled a previous payment obligation;
    • You have failed to accept delivery of a previous order and/or you have failed to collect a previous order;
    • The delivery address provided by you is located in a country where Lato Lifestyle does not make deliveries.
  • Lato Lifestyle will notify you as soon as possible if it does not accept your order.
  • The price indicated on the website at the time of payment is a total price of all products, including shipping costs and taxes applicable in the European Union.
  • To pay for your order, you can choose one of the payment options that Lato Lifestyle offers you. Additional fees and/or taxes may apply for orders delivered outside the European Union. These surcharges and/or taxes are expressly not included in the total price referred to in paragraph 2 of this section.. Any additional costs arising from these surcharges and/or taxes are for your account and risk.
  • Lato Lifestyle cannot be held to an offer on its website if you can reasonably understand that the offer, or any part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or clerical error, such as an unusually low price. We request that you contact Lato Lifestyle if you have any doubts about the correctness of an offer.

Section 6: Delivery
  • Lato Lifestyle makes every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, but in any event within 30 days of the date of purchase. The delivery dates stated on the Lato Lifestyle website are based on conditions known to Lato Lifestyle. They may be subject to changes due to external factors, such as the chosen payment method, busy times such as Christmas or transport availability. The delivery dates are also subject to change if you make changes to your order.
  • You are obligated to do all that may reasonably be expected of you to protect Lato Lifestyle to enable you to deliver your order on time. If you do not cooperate as described in this section 6 paragraph 2, Lato Lifestyle reserves the right not to deliver the products.
  • Your order will be delivered to the delivery address or collection point you specified on the Lato Lifestyle website.
  • The ownership of the ordered products transfers to you at the time Lato Lifestyle has received your payment for the products you ordered.
  • Lato Lifestyle will make every effort to deliver the products ordered by you complete and in good condition. If the delivered products are incomplete or damaged, we request that you contact us as soon as possible.

Section 7: Complaints procedure
  • We will do our utmost to ensure that the ordering and delivery process runs smoothly. If you nevertheless have a complaint, you can contact us via our contact details as stated in section 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
  • We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Section 8: Right of withdrawal
  • If you want to revoke the agreement, you can do so in any way. Feel free to send us an email to the email address mentioned in section 2. Return the item(s) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days from the day after you have exercised the right of withdrawal. You can send the relevant product or products to the address mentioned in section 2 for the return of products.
  • You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means that all items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received; the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the item) and any tags or labels must be intact.
  • If a product is eligible for a refund, Lato Lifestyle will refund the amount you paid for the product to the bank account number used by you within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product concerned.
  • You will be refunded the total amount paid (including standard shipping costs). If you have chosen a different shipping method (for example, to send packages faster) than we will handle the standard shipping method, any additional charges for this other shipping method are not eligible for a refund. If you return one or more items from your original order and the total value of the remaining items falls below the €100 threshold, we will charge you the shipping costs with mutual effect. We will do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) you returned less the shipping costs to your country. The shipping of your return is free. Your refund will be made to the original payment method used when placing the order.
  • The right of withdrawal is not limited by the return/exchange conditions which can be consulted on the website https://latolifestyle.com/pages/returns
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of agreements:
    • Contracts for the supply of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly intended for a specific person.

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
